Starting salary is $48,000.

What will you do as a Middle School STEM Associate Teacher at our school?

• Develop as a teacher through on‑the‑ground experience with students of varying ages and abilities, with the goal of eventually leading a secondary Math or Science classroom.
• Teach daily small‑group (1–10 students) academic support lessons to students who would benefit from targeted remediation or additional challenge.
• Substitute teach when teachers are absent or have meetings to ensure rigorous, consistent instruction continues.
• Exemplify the conviction that all students, regardless of background, can achieve at the highest levels through collaboration with classroom teachers to meet the needs of all students, including those with learning differences.
• Lead daily recess and lunch duties.
• Develop strong relationships with students and families to contribute to positive classroom cultures with high expectations.

Requirements and

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required by the start of the school year.
• Must be able to start in early August 2026 and commit to the school schedule: 7:25 am–3:50 pm.
• Previous student teaching, internships, volunteer experiences, or teaching certification are preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including generous paid family leave. Starting salary for this position is $48,000.
