Adjunct/Per Course Faculty Counseling (Spring Semester 2026)

Missouri State University invites applications for Adjunct/Per Course Faculty positions in the School of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences. Applicants will be considered for a potential course in the upcoming spring semester. Complete all required documents for full consideration.

Position Information

Position Title: Adjunct/Per Course Faculty Counseling (Spring Semester 2026)

Work Location: Springfield Campus

Department: School of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences

Sponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis. This position does not sponsor visas.

Term: Spring Semester (per‑course faculty only)

Start Date: Spring Term – January 12, 2026

Maximum Credit

Hours:

12 credit hours per 12 month period – Springfield Campus

Primary Duties

Teach counseling courses, prepare syllabi in the required format, maintain office hours, and submit grades.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a field determined acceptable by the Dean.
