LOCATION
NOTE:
This is an on‑site position in the cities below, with local travel required. Relocation support is provided.
Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete their core academic work in only two hours per day through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of the day is dedicated to real‑world competencies—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Just accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a unique form of parent collaboration—which is where your expertise becomes essential.
You will represent your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll deliver compelling information sessions, develop strong community connections, and turn curiosity into waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You'll serve as the primary resource for families throughout their time at Alpha—resolving questions, fostering loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal supporters of the model.
This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with measurable impact. You'll be stationed at one campus, present on‑site regularly, and accountable for tangible results—not simply executing a predetermined plan. If you recognize that traditional schooling is falling short—and believe a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
