Smith & Wesson is seeking a Tool Design Engineer to create fixtures, gauges and cutters using CAD, dimension parts to print, and optimize tool designs for manufacturability. Will evaluate processes, perform basic process engineering tasks, and work with NPD engineers to improve tooling quality and cost.
The role requires CAD proficiency (Solid Works preferred), experience in BOM/routing in SAP, and the ability to produce fully dimensioned drawings.
