Lead the full finance function for a growing, impact-driven organization. As Controller, you’ll report to the COO, guide a small team, partner with senior leadership, and ensure financial clarity, stability, and compliance. • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financials to leadership and Board
• Support annual budgeting and long-term planning
• Manage cash flow, reserves, and audit process
• Oversee financial management of grants and contracts
• Partner with program leaders on budget tracking
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Participate in Finance Committee and select Board meetings

• Bachelor’s in Accounting;
• 5 plus years in senior finance roles, ideally nonprofit
