Registered Nurse RN Intermediate Care

Overview

Registered Nurse RN Intermediate Care – Mercy Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England. The Intermediate Care Unit provides quality care primarily for adult patients experiencing severe, but usually non-life-threatening issues requiring moderately complex assessments, intensive therapies, and interventions. Our professionalism, punctuality, attendance, teamwork, and empathy are at the core of how we represent intermediate care and care for our patients and their families.

In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
• Licensure:
  Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.
• Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC). ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

• Experience:
  
  Previous cardiac monitoring/telemetry experience preferred. Acute care, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry preferred.

Full time, 36 hours, 7pm-7am, Nights. Every Other Weekend/Holiday.
