Clinician - LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT

Our team primarily serves adults and transitional aged youth, and we are expanding to include more children and families. We provide outpatient services such as individual therapy, group therapy, and psychiatry, with a clinical focus on trauma-informed and person-centered care. CHD offers training in Motivational Interviewing, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and various trauma-focused modalities. We also provide individual supervision, which is beneficial for those accruing hours for licensure in mental health counseling and social work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initial Intake Assessments
• Individual and Group Therapy
• Creating treatment and safety plans, and care coordination based on client needs
• Complete documentation promptly
• Triage and short-term outpatient care

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC strongly preferred
• Experience with individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply
• High therapeutic engagement skills with diverse clients
• Fidelity to evidence-based practices and good diagnostic skills

Salary:

FFS rate of $36 - $50 per unit, based on licensure and experience. Staff are paid for supervision, required training, and staff meetings.
