Clinician - FFS

CHD Springfield Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking fee-for-service clinicians. Our team serves adults and transitional aged youth, and we are expanding to include more children and families. The clinic provides outpatient individual therapy, group therapy, and psychiatry services. Our clinical focus is trauma-informed care and person-centered approaches. CHD offers training in Motivational Interviewing, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and various trauma-focused modalities.

We also provide individual supervision, which is beneficial for those accruing hours for licensure in mental health counseling and social work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Initial Intake Assessments
• Provide Individual and Group Therapy
• Create treatment plans, safety plans, and coordinate care based on client needs
• Complete documentation timely
• Perform triage and short-term outpatient care

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC is strongly preferred
• Experience with individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use is preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish individuals are encouraged to apply
• Ability to demonstrate high-level therapeutic engagement with diverse clients, fidelity to evidence-based practices, and strong diagnostic skills

Salary:

FFS rate of $36 - $50 per unit, depending on licensure and experience. FFS staff are compensated for supervision, required training, and staff meetings.
