Baystate Health, Western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, is looking for a Full-time Practice Associate to join our experienced Employee Health Services team in Springfield, MA.

Responsibilities

Baystate Health’s Practice Associates perform a wide range of administrative and clerical support duties, including program monitoring, appointment scheduling, reception services, record maintenance, data entry, and general office support. This role supports clinical operations by ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient coordination of services.

Schedule
  • Full-time, 40 hours a week
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
  • No weekends, No holidays
Location
  • 2 Medical Center Drive
  • Springfield, MA
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Must have at least two years experience as a Patient Service Rep II
  • Great interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment a MUST
  • Medical terminology, keyboard, Microsoft office products, schedule systems, medical records (electronic and paper), billing, basic math, language, reading and writing, customer service

The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
