Resume, References (3), County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked), Federal Criminal (7 years or more), Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more), Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more), HHS/OIG Search, GSA Search, Social Security Number Trace, 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray, SAM Search, CORI Massachusetts Background, and 8 Hours of Dementia Training.
