We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one‑on‑one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Physical ability to meet rigorous demands (standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, crouching, crawling, engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods)
