The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.

Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)

Bischoff

Assists patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities or recovering from injuries. Treats patients using standard physical therapy procedures. Determines patients capabilities needs interests and goals and prepares individually tailored programs consistent with the physician's diagnosis. At this level incumbent is expected to function independently. This description covers the essential functions of the position. Incumbent is expected to perform other similar and related duties as assigned.

1) Evaluates all assigned patients, develops plan of treatment, provides assessment and assists in discharge planning as appropriate for each discipline. Evaluates all assigned patients utilizing established department evaluation procedures within 24 hours. Assesses patient needs and discharge plans thru evaluation process.
