SummaryProvides comprehensive evaluative, rehabilitative, preventative and referral services for the hearing impaired in an outpatient setting. Instructs patients, families and other support personnel in rehabilitative/habilititative measures, monitors patients' progress and maintains clinical records. Observe all health and safety requirements.
