• Provide assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate effectively with your supervisor.
• Attend team meetings and required trainings.
• Report any safety or care concerns in accordance with company policy.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-issued Home Health Aide certification or CNA license required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
