Outpatient Physical Therapist: Impactful Rehab

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient rehab services. The role includes 40 hours per week with clinic hours M-Thu 7a-7p and Fri 7a-5p, plus two later shifts. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external hires.

Massachusetts PT licensure and AHA BLS CPR are required;
