** Springfield, Massachusetts**. The location primarily houses outpatient programs focused on pediatric care, family advocacy and youth behavioral health.  The
** Patient Service Representative
** role offers the opportunity to
** provide front line administrative and customer service support
** while
** supporting patients, medical staff and insurance providers.**  ##
** The Patient Service Representative Will:*
* * Check-in/check-out: greeting patients, validating demographics, collecting co-pays
* Verify insurance: checking and confirming coverage eligibility
* Communicate: managing multi-line phone system, routing calls, faxing medical documents
* Manage data: utilizing scheduling systems, updating medical records, responding to and routing messages  ##
