Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to bring special events to life? We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented On-Call Banquet Houseperson to join our hotel team.

From elegant weddings and important business meetings to exciting celebrations, you will play an essential role in making sure every event space is clean, organized, and beautifully prepared.

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Transport and arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other event equipment.
• Ensure banquet rooms and event areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Reset rooms quickly and accurately for upcoming events.
• Support the banquet and catering teams in delivering smooth, successful events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team requests.
• Properly store and care for banquet equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Previous banquet, event setup, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move heavy equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Dependable, positive, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability to work on an on-call basis, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
