Responsibilities:

Interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Set a positive tone and create a fun, efficient environment

Uphold all operational standards and ensure responsible alcohol service

Maintain a clean and organized catering area Assist with setting up and breaking down the catering room before and after events

Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner

Handle cash and possibly credit transactions accurately

Ensure proper portion control and adherence to recipes

What We’re Looking For Must have reliable transportation between Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT to work events that may include:
Weddings, Chef to Farm dinners, and private events at guests' homes

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysA keen sense of organization and cleanliness

Ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required
