Job Summary The Full Stack Developer plays a key role within the Wealth & Distribution Architecture team
, driving the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications that enable modern, scalable business solutions. The developer will collaborate closely with peers across technology, architecture, and business teams to build high-performing applications for wealth and distribution systems in a leading financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and development of full-stack applications using React
    , Node.js
    , and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Architect scalable and secure backend services and APIs following microservices best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, and developers— to deliver quality software solutions.
  • Optimize application performance for availability, reliability, and scalability
    .
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical standards.
  • Participate in architecture governance activities including Solution Architecture Guild and Design Round tables
    .
  • Create and contribute to architectural artifacts such as roadmaps, design decisions, and strategy documents.
  • Research emerging technologies, evaluate tools, and lead proofs of concept (POC).
  • Support production transition and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit standards.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience
    , preferably within financial services.
  • Advanced proficiency in React.js
    , Node.js
    , and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Expertise with Redux
    , Express.js
    , Type Script , and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs
    , microservices architecture
    , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Skilled in security best practices for handling financial data.
  • 2+ years of experience with sales & distribution systems or incentive management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience with Kafka
    , RabbitMQ
    , or event-driven systems.
  • Exposure to Dev Ops practices and infrastructure as code (
    Terraform
    , Ansible
    ).
  • Familiarity with PCI-DSS
    , GDPR
    , or SOX frameworks.
  • Experience with database design, ETL, and data modeling
    .
  • Prior work with financial data integrations or vendor/SaaS platforms.
Required Skills
