POSITION SUMMARY: Farm Credit Financial Partners seeks a Delivery Tech Lead to serve as the dedicated technical authority and accountability point for a specific experience domain within our Build organization. This role focuses exclusively on one of four critical experiences:
Customer, Lending, Accounting, and Financial. Reporting to the Director of Technical Delivery, you will own all technical aspects of delivery within your assigned experience domain, providing technical oversight and mentorship to the development teams while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.

As the dedicated technical leader for your experience domain, you will provide technical guidance and direction to the capability teams within your domain, mentoring developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure technical excellence. You will work through influence and expertise rather than direct authority, building collaborative relationships while maintaining accountability for technical outcomes. This permanent domain assignment enables deep specialization and lasting relationships.

You will be accountable for all technical decisions, delivery commitments, and engineering quality within your experience while collaborating with your Product Service Owner and Program Manager as part of the experience leadership triad. This is one of four Delivery Tech Leader positions, each dedicated to a specific experience domain.

This role requires extensive knowledge of Fiserv DNA core banking platforms and Farm Credit industry systems, with emphasis on modules and integrations relevant to your assigned experience domain. You will be the go-to expert for technical matters within your domain and own the technical decisions, delivery commitments, and engineering quality within your domain. You will have final technical authority within your domain boundaries and bear responsibility for meeting delivery commitments and maintaining engineering excellence.

Cross-domain decisions require collaboration with peer Delivery Tech Leads and escalation to the Director of Technical Delivery if needed.

You provide technical leadership through influence and expertise, not direct reporting relationships. You are fully accountable for all technical delivery outcomes within your domain; your scope is bounded by your domain and the 3-4 capability teams you oversee. Cross-domain technical decisions require collaboration with peer Delivery Tech Leads; escalation to the Director of Technical Delivery is available for final resolution if needed.
