Our client in Western MA is seeking a full time Sec Ops & Systems Admin.
- Will be the primary owner of a new digital certificate lifecycle management offering (Digi Cert).
- Will handle security operations: incident response, XDR/MDR workflows, and EDR platform work
- Secondary sysadmin duties: patching automation, Windows Server/AD, backups, and endpoints
Must Haves:
- 1–3 years of hands-on security operations experience: alert triage, investigation, incident response
- Systems administration experience
- Solid TLS/SSL, DNS, firewall and networking fundamentals
- Clear written communication for documentation and runbooks
Nice to Haves:
- MSP background
- XDR/MDR/EDR platforms
- Fortinet
- Ninja One or another RMM
- Windows Server/Active Directory
- Security+, CySA+, GCIH or Fortinet NSE certifications
