We are looking for a highly accountable team player who wants to be part of an elite personal injury litigation team. This attorney must be self‑motivated and bring a high level of energy to work every day. Interested candidates should have exceptional writing and interpersonal skills. The person we hire will know what it means to build relationships – not just with our clients and our team members, but with every person who interacts with our firm.

The person we hire will be goal oriented and have outstanding time management and organizational skills. Applicants should have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, be admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar and have 5+ years of litigation experience.

• Work directly with other experienced personal injury attorneys
• Manage an assigned case load from inception to case conclusion
• Develop and implement litigation strategy
• Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands‑on drafting related to the firm’s practice
• Work directly with firm senior management team and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution
• Use focus groups to improve outcomes
• Negotiate settlements
• Complete depositions
• Conduct Jury trials
• Attend legal education courses to develop elite litigation skills

Compensation is negotiable, and consistent with level of experience and qualifications, with bonus opportunities.

• Health insurance coverage: Employer pays ¾ of the premium for the individual health plan. Eligibility begins 30 days from the date of hire.
• Employer contributed Health Savings Account: Employees choosing to participate in the health insurance plan will receive a Health Savings Plan with an annual employer contribution of $1,000 ($500 in March and $500 in October) to help off‑set the $2,000 deductible, or to be used on dental or vision care.
• Life and disability insurance: Full coverage for life, short‑term, and long‑term disability insurance, fully funded by the company, providing security for unforeseen circumstances.
