Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury

Salary range: $100,000-$150,000

A highly respected and fast-growing personal injury litigation team in the Springfield area is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their elite group of trial lawyers. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

As a key member of the litigation team, you will work alongside other accomplished attorneys and firm leadership to deliver exceptional results for clients. You’ll manage a caseload from inception through resolution, develop and execute litigation strategy, and play a hands‑on role in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial.

• Manage a personal caseload from intake through trial or settlement
• Develop and implement case and litigation strategies
• Draft, review, and approve pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings and jury trials
• Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Work directly with firm leadership and clients to move matters toward successful resolution
• Utilize focus groups to enhance case preparation and results
• Participate in continuing legal education to refine and elevate litigation skills

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Admission to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
• At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Highly organized, goal‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, elite litigation team
