Litigation Attorney 5+ years’ experience

What you’ll do
  • Work directly with other experienced personal injury attorneys
  • Manage an assigned case load from inception to case conclusion
  • Develop and implement litigation strategy
  • Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands‑on drafting related to the firm’s practice
  • Work directly with firm senior management team and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution
  • Use focus groups to improve outcomes
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Conduct jury trials
  • Attend legal education courses to develop elite litigation skills
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
  • Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions
  • A team‑oriented mindset and genuine respect for collaboration
  • Five years or more of litigation experience

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable and consistent with level of experience and qualifications, with bonus opportunities.

  • Health insurance coverage: Employer pays 75% of the premium for individual health plans, with eligibility beginning 30 days from your start date.
  • Employer‑contributed Health Savings Account: Employees participating in the health insurance plan receive a Health Savings Plan with an annual employer contribution of $1,000 ($500 in March and $500 in October) to help offset deductibles or cover dental and vision care.
  • Life and disability insurance: Full coverage for life, short‑term, and long‑term disability insurance is 100% employer‑funded.
  • Retirement Plans: Eligible employees can join our 401(k) retirement savings plan after one year of employment, with 4% employer match and a vesting schedule. Team members are also automatically enrolled in our Defined Benefit Pension Plan at the one‑year mark.
  • Other benefits: Firm pays for bar license fees, continuing legal education, and local, state, and national bar association annual dues.
