Role:
Director, Legal and Compliance supporting Disc Medicine’s strategic initiatives and commercialization efforts.
provide legal and compliance guidance across departments, review promotional and medical communications, collaborate on product launch and market entry, support data privacy programs including HIPAA and GDPR, develop policies and training, and manage external counsel.
RequirementsJD from an ABA-accredited law school, active state bar membership, 10+ years in pharmaceutical legal/compliance roles, deep understanding of FDA regulations, healthcare laws, and data privacy.
Preferredexperience supporting product launches and commercialization in biopharma.
High Valuefocus on healthcare compliance, data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR), regulatory support for late-stage assets, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in hematologic disease therapeutics.
