** THE JOB:
** As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role using your leadership skills by managing a dedicated team, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring the highest cleanliness standards throughout the property. You'll help provide a welcoming and pristine environment for all guests. If you're passionate about hospitality and ready to make a difference, we want you on our vibrant team!

** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training.
* Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards.
* Provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces.
* Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; meet with employees for training and compliance needs.
* Prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
* Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
* Assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ Years of Prior relevant Environmental Services experience in a Supervisory role is required
* Able and willing to work Swing and Grave Shifts including weekends and holidays

** The pay range for this role is:$39,618.95 - $52,287.51

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
