Project Manager Overview
  • The Project Manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of medium to large‑scale, cross‑functional projects
  • This role ensures timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality execution while managing budgets, timelines, resources, and scope
  • The Project Manager leads project teams through all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, pilot, implementation, and ongoing service
  • This individual ensures alignment between project strategy and tactical execution, proactively identifies and resolves issues, and communicates project status, risks, and value to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility to navigate ambiguity, and the ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple functional areas
  • The Project Manager develops and implements communication strategies and drives lessons learned to support continuous improvement
Job Duties
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality execution, including budget, timelines, and resource allocation
