• Bachelor’s Degree

• Master’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or an analytical field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science

• PMP Certification

• 7+ years of project management experience, including managing and executing complex, cross‑functional, strategic projects
• Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall project environments
• Strong understanding of project goals and ability to resolve obstacles to project completion
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proven leadership and influence with senior leaders, peers, and vendors

• The Project Manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of medium to large‑scale, cross‑functional projects
• This role ensures timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality execution while managing budgets, timelines, resources, and scope
• The Project Manager leads project teams through all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, pilot, implementation, and ongoing service
• This individual ensures alignment between project strategy and tactical execution, proactively identifies and resolves issues, and communicates project status, risks, and value to stakeholders and senior leadership
• The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility to navigate ambiguity, and the ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple functional areas
• The Project Manager develops and implements communication strategies and drives lessons learned to support continuous improvement
