Required Education- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or an analytical field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- PMP Certification
- 7+ years of project management experience, including managing and executing complex, cross‑functional, strategic projects
- Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall project environments
- Strong understanding of project goals and ability to resolve obstacles to project completion
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proven leadership and influence with senior leaders, peers, and vendors

- The Project Manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of medium to large‑scale, cross‑functional projects
- This role ensures timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality execution while managing budgets, timelines, resources, and scope
- The Project Manager leads project teams through all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, pilot, implementation, and ongoing service
- This individual ensures alignment between project strategy and tactical execution, proactively identifies and resolves issues, and communicates project status, risks, and value to stakeholders and senior leadership
- The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility to navigate ambiguity, and the ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple functional areas
- The Project Manager develops and implements communication strategies and drives lessons learned to support continuous improvement
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality execution, including budget, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead project teams to develop, refine, and execute integrated cross‑functional implementation plans
- Ensure all team members understand project goals, objectives, and critical path activities
