What You’ll Do
  • Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of CCS and Respite Programs to ensure alignment with organizational mission and goals.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the division to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and quality service.
  • Supervise, mentor and evaluate staff; promote professional growth and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost management and long‑term sustainability.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, staffing plans, and program development initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve access and care coordination.
  • Foster a culture of recovery, resilience, and equity in all program operations.
Who You Are
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience in behavioral health.
  • Experience in financial management and resource allocation.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and implement program improvements.
  • Passionate about serving individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use and co‑occurring disorders.
