It is a consequential role with high ambition and significant scope for creativity and innovation.
Much of the Center's programming involves bringing corporate leaders, practitioners, government officials, and global executives into direct engagement with students — as instructors, case study subjects, mentors, and speakers. The Director works in close partnership with the Associate Director for External Relations to ensure that the right external voices are embedded in the right program formats. The Director leads the design and delivery of program;
the External Relations AD leads the corporate relationship and the ask. These two roles are in constant collaboration.

- Substantive knowledge of, or professional engagement with, geopolitics or international business.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to design curriculum, write intellectually rigorous program materials, and facilitate senior-level conversations.
- Proven ability to work with significant autonomy and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools, proficiency with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
- Experience designing or running programs in an academic, think tank, policy institute, or institutional setting preferred
- Teaching or facilitation experience in a professional or academic setting preferred
