Lead shift supervisors and residential counselors from day one at $25.00/hr, hands‑on leadership as an Asst. Program Manager rather than shadowing someone else. Coach staff during incidents and run the debrief afterward, the kind of experience employers look for in the next leader they promote. Per diem coverage for a leave of absence with potential to extend past 3 months, giving you a defined window to show what you can do.

• Manage the day-to-day youth experience in a residential program, keeping daily routines, structure, and a safe, nurturing environment in place
• Supervise and coach shift supervisors and residential counselors, including documented weekly supervision and support during and after incidents
• Review shift documentation and incident and restraint reports, and help manage the schedule, including call-outs
• Work with the program clinician and treatment team to carry out each youth's treatment plan
• Administer medications under MAP guidelines and lead the program in the Program Manager's absence
