• Handle complex welding projects using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.
• Interpret blueprints and work with advanced alloys to ensure top-quality results.
• Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain attention to detail.

• 5+ years of experience as an Advanced Welder.
• Experience welding with MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and work with advanced alloys.
• Team-oriented with reliable safety and quality focus.
• Location:
  
  Springfield, MA or willingness to work there.
