Sales and Marketing Representative

Olsson Industrial Electric seeks a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to independently manage and drive sales and marketing initiatives that support our growing team and expand our market presence.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns independently.
• Create and produce marketing materials and collateral.
• Organize and coordinate marketing events including conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
• Write and edit content for social media and company websites.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales and marketing.
• Maintain general office operations, including using standard office equipment and software. (MS Office required; Publisher and Adobe Acrobat a plus).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Publisher and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required .
• Bachelor ’ s degree in Marking, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Base Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000, DOE
