Licensed Practical Nurse

Center for Human Development, (CHD), is currently seeking a full-time LPN to work flexible business hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. The LPN would become part of our Adult Day Health Location in Springfield, MA and West Springfield, MA.

YOUR ROLE AS A LPN WITH CHD:

In this LPN position you will assist the program with Health Assessments, obtaining medical documents/information that pertains to the adults and will provide direct services to the clients. They will also manage medications, doctor's orders, and medical paperwork. The program nurse will work closely with the program staff, doctor's offices, and families.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated commitment to serving those with significant needs.
• Valid driver's license and registered vehicle.
• Computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• All candidates must complete and pass background record screening process.
