$26.60 – $30.58 – $36.16

SCHEDULE:

• Shifts have some flexibility, but generally run from 8a-4:30p
• Per Diem positions can include full 8 hour days, or partial days
• 2 shifts every month are required

• Our service area is all throughout Western Massachusetts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR/BLS certification required
• Valid driver’s license
