Compensation: $41.00–$65.00 hourly (new graduate $41.00; experienced $43.16–$65.00; shift differentials and allowance plans apply)

Description:
The Springfield 6400 unit serves a wide variety of patients aged 22‑100+ with conditions such as acute or chronic gastrointestinal disorders, infections, behavioral health, neurological and circulatory impairment, kidney disease, and diabetes. The unit has 32 beds, 16 semi‑private rooms, and has completed nurse‑driven change projects including activity/mobility tool, acuity‑based assignments, capacity‑management workflow, and Foley utilization. Management focuses on professional growth and a nursing model of care with a close partnership with the Physician Medical Director.
Orientation is supportive, individualized, and tailored.
Schedule: Minimum 36 hours total in a 6‑week schedule period, including one 12‑hour weekend shift and one 12‑hour major holiday shift.

Qualifications:
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
- Education:
Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
