• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to adults beginning their journey to recovery from substance use.

• Assess and document individuals’ physical, psychological, and emotional status.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Massachusetts licensure (required)
• At least one year of nursing experience (preferred, especially in behavioral health, detox, or medical‑surgical settings)
• Skilled in assessment, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Empathetic, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals rebuild their lives

Full Time or Part Time:
Sunday‑Tuesday or Wednesday‑Saturday, 7:00 am‑3:30 pm, 3:00 pm‑11:30 pm, or 11:00 pm‑7:30 am
