Our medical intercare unit offers elbow-to-elbow support and is fully equipped to help you do what you do best — provide for our patients.
- 42 bed Medical Stepdown unit equipped with bedside hemodynamic measuring (21 beds) and 24 hour monitoring of those systems.
- 21 medical beds with telemetry capabilities, as well as continuous O2 monitoring.
- Unit frequently cares for trached vent dependent patients as well as Bipap/CPap rescue needs and Hi Flow O2 delivery systems.
- This unit is supported by a nurse educator, an evening clinical nurse coordinator, respiratory therapy, and on-site APP/MD, as well as ancillary support (monitor techs, ambulation techs, PCAs and Operations assistants).
- We provide supportive, individualized, and tailored orientation.
- The only major referral care center and the only Level 1 trauma center and pediatric trauma center in the area.
- Part-time, day shift (7a-7:30p)
- (2) 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays

- New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure): $41.00
- Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure): $43.16-$65.00

- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year RN experience required - Education:
ADN required; BSN preferred

Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs. The base pay range shown above reflects knowledge/skills, relevant experience and training, education/certifications/licensure, and other business factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
