RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice.
• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients.
• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care.
• Any other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an LPN.
• Experience preferred, not required.
