• The Heart and Vascular unit is a 34-bed acute care cardiovascular telemetry unit. The unit specializes in post-operative cardiac surgery patients, TAVR, vascular surgery patients, and cardiac post-procedural care.
• Baystate’s Regional Heart Attack Program is known nationally for delivering life-saving care. During a heart attack, every minute counts, with rapid angioplasty available;
  Baystate can unblock an artery up to 25 minutes sooner than the national standard and is in the top 10% nationwide for this treatment.
• Baystate Medical Center is the only hospital in the area that can stop a heart attack instantly by unblocking an artery, with 24/7 availability.
• Baystate Medical Center’s experts perform more than 80% of all cardiac surgeries in western Massachusetts and is among the top three highest-volume centers in the state for heart surgery.

• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

• New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure): $41.00
• Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure): $42.66-$65.00

• Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year RN experience required

  ADN required; BSN preferred

The base pay range reflects knowledge/skills, experience, training, education/certifications/licensure, and other factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package or incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
