Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 28-bed Adult Psychiatric Treatment Unit (APTU) at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. The nurse will provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to adults with psychiatric disorders on an inpatient unit within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, coordination with psychiatrists and social workers, and advocacy for patients and families.
