In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for possessing an in depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree of efficiency.

• Create a positive guest experience by creating a high level of service.
• Consistently complete all assigned tasks for a given shift with excellence and attention to detail and pride in the result of the work.
• Seek to develop in-depth knowledge of all food safety and handling procedures and ensure that actions comply with all codes, procedures and standards.

Lead Barista

Your first 90 days will be a probationary period. You are an At-Will employee and the company or you, may terminate your employment for any reason during this time period.

We will provide you with a written training manual outlining all aspects of your job and a training outline. This will be a logical progression of training so that all aspects of your position are covered. We will work with you daily to make sure you are properly indoctrinated with our processes, procedures, and the fundamental workings of our company.

Your position description and compensation plan may be changed at management’s discretion to support business objectives. Any changes will be communicated prior to a new payroll period starting. A payroll period is a two-week period that the company pays on every other Friday.
