** THE JOB:
** As a

* * at our upscale Italian restaurant, Costa, passion meets tradition. You’ll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity.
** THE STARTING RATE:**  $23.05 per hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
* Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
* Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
* Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
* Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
* Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
* Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** 1+ Years of Prior experience as a professional Cook in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant is preferred
* Strong knowledge of Italian and/or fine dining cuisines and cooking techniques is a bonus
* Willing and able to work Part-Time schedule, consisting of 24-30 hours per week. Fridays and Saturdays are a MUST including weekends and holidays

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
