** THE JOB:
** As a
** Busser in our Employee Dining Room**, you will play a vital role in maintaining the dining area, storeroom, food pick up area, and beverage station ensuring exceptional service by working closely with servers and management to keep everything running smoothly. If you have 1+ years of experience in a restaurant setting and are passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality, we want you to be part of our team!
** THE STARTING RATE:**  $18.05 per hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Collaborate with servers to ensure proper guest service.
* Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, and ensure ashtrays are clean and available in designated smoking areas.
* Clear, clean, and sanitize booths, chairs, and tables, resetting them with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, and other necessary tabletop items.
* Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and transport them to the kitchen for washing, properly disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
* Coordinate table availability and communicate consistently with servers, hostesses, and management to ensure efficient table turnaround.
* Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** 1+ Years of Prior experience as a restaurant Busser or Food Runner is preferred
* Willing and able to work Part-Time schedule of Saturday-Sunday 6:00am-2:45pm and  Monday-Tuesday 3:00pm-9:45pm including holidays

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
