• Welcome every guest with a genuine, friendly greeting
• Listen to customers’ needs and guide them to the best products for their experience
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service every time
• Maintain accurate cash‑handling procedures
• Keep the sales floor, POS stations, and store displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Stay knowledgeable about cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, vapes, and new products
• Stay updated on menu specials, product drops, and trends in the cannabis industry
• Uphold all state and local compliance regulations
• Support the team with restocking, cleaning, side work, and opening/closing duties
• Attend team meetings and participate in occasional staff cleanings
• Maintain professional appearance and be prepared with all tools needed for each shift
• Ensure punctuality and full focus during customer transactions
• Perform additional tasks or projects assigned by management

You thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and genuinely enjoy helping people. You’re passionate about cannabis and love sharing your knowledge with customers—from cannabis newcomers to seasoned enthusiasts.

• Must be 21+
• Prior dispensary or budtending experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with precise math skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking
• Able to remain calm, professional, and friendly under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Knowledgeable about current cannabis products
• Must pass a Department of Criminal Justice background check
• Must have valid identification and authorization to work in the U.S

• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and perform regular cleaning tasks
• Comfortable handling boxes, merchandise, and dispensary supplies
