Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) act as brand ambassadors for T‑Mobile, building excitement around products and services. The role immerses associates in customer connections, building expertise in uncovering needs and recommending solutions. Associates complete comprehensive training and work within a collaborative retail team.

• Help customers resume their shopping journey across online, customer‑care, and in‑store channels.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools consistently to demonstrate coverage, unlimited plan benefits, and training on in‑store experience.
• Seek information between customers to learn innovations in wireless and technology.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues, hand off small‑business leads, and support team initiatives.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.

• Minimum 6 months of customer‑service or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
