Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a Payroll Division Manager, receive coaching from a Territory Manager, explain our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintain regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new clients.
  • Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information and other relevant details.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of our product portfolio and industry developments.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
  • Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.”
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold‑calling and speaking with people face to face.
  • Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
  • Ability to be in the field at least 50 % of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average base salary of $90,000 – $105,000 plus uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and potential portfolio equity.
