Sales Representative

We measure success in Blumhouse's Sales Representative chair by deals signed and demand created, not slides polished. The proposition holds together — $60,000 - $93,000, 4 years, a MA base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly quotas
• Report on attribution and channel ROI to inform the $60,000 - $93,000 budget cycle
• Spot which Springfield accounts are about to churn and win them back
• Test three subject lines, kill two, scale the winner
• Walk new sales marketing clients through onboarding so they stick around
• Qualify hard, so the mid-level team only chases real money

• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• Equal parts Apollo.io depth and Work Ethic curiosity

Rooted in Springfield and restless by nature, Blumhouse keeps reinventing how Apollo.io and Miller Heiman fit together. The small-but-mighty pace here is real, but so is the permission to log off and recover.

Start at $60,000 - $93,000 and watch the benefits, growth budget, and flexible scheduling do the heavy lifting on your work-life balance.
