Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a vital role in ensuring our buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and inviting. You’ll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC and carpentry work, all while upholding our high standards for quality and safety.

- Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
- Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Affordable housing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.

Hourly rate: $24.50 USD per hour
. The range is a general guideline and may vary based on qualifications, location, and specific responsibilities. Eligible for performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
