HVAC Technician

Would you like to work for one of the largest energy companies in the Pioneer Valley? Noonan Energy, a 5th generation family-owned business, is looking for experienced full-time HVAC service technicians. Our technicians work on equipment that runs on Noonan Energy Plus, a Bioheat fuel treated with a premium additive package that promotes high performance while cleaning the equipment from the inside and keeping it clean.

To be effective on the job, the technician must adhere to standard processes and procedures of the company, which entails properly stock company vehicles with necessary parts; returning unused and defective parts to the department; and ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required.

Spiffs available to HVAC Technicians for new equipment leads. While our main office is located in Springfield, MA, we are often able to dispatch directly from home OR from our satellite offices in Amherst, Palmer, or Westfield.

We welcome applications from people with a military background, as well as people who do not have a college diploma.

Full-time

• Monday to Friday
• On-Call
• Overtime

Pay commensurate with experience: $55,

• Willing to train, but installation experience (oil, gas, A/C) a plus
• Clean driving record
• Good people skills
• Work independently and as a team
• Available for on-call rotation
• Proper stocking of company vehicles with necessary parts
• Returning unused and defective parts to the department
• Ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required

• HVAC, minimum 3 years experience preferred
• High school or equivalent
• EPA License (Preferred)
• MA Burner License (Preferred)
• US Work Authorization (Required)
