What You'll DoAs an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Service oil-fired heating equipment

Identify solutions to improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance

Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options

Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call Maintain accurate service records and uphold company quality standards

What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of HVAC Service experience EPA Type II or Universal Certification Massachusetts Oil Burner License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
